This morning we attended to a leaking tiled pool in Thornside.

Our client was loosing alot of water especially when the pump was operating.

We quickly identified there was a failed pipe that operates the independent polaris pool cleaner.

We managed to access the failed 40mm 90 degree bend under the pool via a retaining and our licensed plumber was able to complete the repair.

All without the need to cut into concrete paving to access the damaged pipe.

You will see on the attached video the confined space in order to complete the repair for the most cost effective way for our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
