This morning we attended a CCTV of a stormwater system of a residential property in Rochedale South.

Our client was experiencing wetness out side her home after heavy rain.

We accessed all the stormwater drains on the property by inserting our camera down each of the seven downpipes on the property.

We paid particular attention to the area of the house which was of concern to out client.

We completed the CCTV inspection, compiled a report and provided access to all the CCTV files of the drains inspected.

We talked through the results adding some options about going forward

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
