This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Redland Bay . We tested all the concealed plumbing, namely the suction, solar in and solar out lines which were all secure. The return line plumbing showed a very slight drop in pressure.

We then hydrophoned the skimmer, 3 x return jets, solar in and solar out jets, main drain including the hydrostatic valve and light.

We tested the 5 way valve which was leaking . We then entered the pool and dye tested skimmer, 3 x return jets, 4 solar jets main drain including the hydrostatic valve and light. We noted an imperfection in the bottom of skimmer.

Finally we conducted an in pool physical in pool examination of the pool walls and floor checking for any imperfections or cracks.

We completed a report before phoning our client to give him a run down of the inspection.
