Recently we were contacted by our client from Camp Hill with a concealed water leak. We did some troubleshooting our the phone then discussed our prices and availability and secured an appointment. We suggested our client contact his house insurance company to see whether this was a claimable event under his policy. The next day our client cancelled the appointment because his insurance company had sent one of their contractors to attend. The next day we were again contacted by our client asking for us to attend and repair the leak. We attended the same day and quoted the job and then attended the next day and completed the repair by our licensed plumber. We then tested the entire line to insure it was secure
