This afternoon we attended to a swimming pool leak in Slacks Creek. We first tested the 5 way valve on top of the sand filter and found this valve had failed.

When in filtration mode no water should be running into the waste pipe which is happening on this pool.

So in essence when the pump is operating it is actually emptying the pool at the same time.

We showed our client the leak source and left it with him to replace the gasket and or the 5 way valve.

No further testing was required and a call out fee only was charged rather than the full testing of the pool.
