Swimming pool leak detection – Bellbowie

This afternoon we attended to a swimming pool leak detection in Bellbowie, after testing the 5 way valve, we then pressure tested all the concealed plumbing which identified the return plumbing was not secure. We introduced gas to locate the general vicinity of the leak to be under the slab where the pool pump/filtration sits. We then continued with the dye and hydrophone testing of the skimmer, return jets, solar jets, lights x 2 , main drain and hydrostatic valve before conducting an in pool physical examination of the pebblecrete walls and floor. We then went through our findings with our client and gave him options going forward regarding the repair. We provided a written report of the testing undertaken. This testing today took 3 hours for 2 technicians
