This afternoon we attended to a house leak in Paradise Point. We first attended this property back in October 2016 where we located a repaired a damaged section of pipe . Today our client was seeing water coming up through his pavers. A water meter test revealed a leak of 14400litres per day. A pressure test of the line failed. We traced the line introduced compressed air, identifying a likely location under concrete near a garden tap. We drilled a number of pilot holes to hone in on the leak location. We then removed a 500mm x 500mm section of concrete and found a failed 25 to 16mm to 25 T piece . We replaced the failed section, before re testing the line to find it now secure.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
