Yesterday we attended to a CCTV inspection in Kurwongeah to investigate possible causes of movement in the dwelling’s structure.  This was after a structural engineer had attended the property. We conducted a water supply test, then accessed all 9 downpipes to inspect the stormwater system. We located a damaged sewer drain and marked its location on the property including determining the depth of the drain. Finally we inspected the sewer drains. We compiled a report , downloaded the CCTV footage onto a USB drive then did a walk thru review with our clients detaining our findings and the options going forward.
