This afternoon we attended to another swimming pool pre purchase inspection this time in Hemmant. We tested both the suction and return concealed plumbing to find them secure. We then hydrophoned the skimmer, 4 x return jets, main drain including the hydrostatic valve, light and blower holes. We then entered the pool and dye tested skimmer, 4 x return jets, main drain including the hydrostatic valve, light and blower holes. Finally we conducted an physical in pool examination of the pool walls and floor checking for any imperfections or cracks. We completed a report before phoning our client to give him a run down of the inspection.
