Yesterday we attended to a leak detection/CCTV inspection on a residential unit block in Carina. We were requested to attend by one of our engineers partners who had attended to inspect structural movement in the building. We checked the water supply and conducted an inspection on the sewer and storm water drains identifying a dislodged/damaged storm water drain under the driveway. We located the exact position including the depth of the drain at 0.90 metres. We inspected the building making a number of recommendations of leak related issued. We compiled a report to our client which included images and CCTV files of the drains inspection. We provided options regarding rectifications.
