We recently we attended to a house leak in Brassall, our property manager client engaged us to attend to assist in locating the leak, given their normal maintenance plumber was unable to locate it. We first conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 5760 litres per day, after tracing the line we located the likely leak source under concrete near the rear laundry door. We photographed and marked the spot and advised our client accordingly.
