We attended to a bathroom test in Annerley our client noticed wetness in their bedroom which was adjoining their neighbours en-suite. We pressure tested the water supply conducted a 15min drain test, conducted a cctv inspection of the drain, then we did a dye shower base flood test then finally a simulated shower. We noted the en-suite toilet tap was leaking as well as a leaking shower base. We provided a written report to our client
