Recently  we attended to a house leak in Newmarket, a local plumber had been to the property and after he repaired a leaking toilet the line was still not secure . We conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 400 litres per day. We then conducted a pressure test to confirm the integrity of the water meter . After tracing the line we located a failed 25mm poly joiner located near the front garden tap. A tree root situated underneath the pipe had pushed against the pipe causing the leak. We removed the tree root , repaired the damaged section re tested the line to find it now secure. Our client was a pensioner so we provided him with a discount
