Do you have a concealed water leak.?
Have you received a high consumption letter from your water provider?
If so, do the following simple steps before you call.
1/. Make sure you are not using any water either inside or outside.
2/. Locate your water meter located at the front of the property generally in a green plastic pit near your front boundary.
3/. Look at the dials of the water meter for 5 minutes and if there is any movement then there is a high chance you have a leak.
4/. Contact your house insurer and enquire whether they cover any costs associated with leak detection and repair.
5/. Call us on 0481 818 288 to discuss further or to arrange a time for us to attend to locate and repair your concealed leak.
6/. Upon completion we will assist you to lodge a claim to your water provider to seek a rebate of some of the water charges due to a concealed leak (note eligibility conditions apply)

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
