We recently attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection at Stafford Heights, our buyers agent client in Sydney engaged us to test the integrity of the pool. We attended and noted the pump filtration system to be significantly lower than the level of the pool and as the plumbing was configured we were unable to test the concealed plumbing. We conducted the rest of the tests which included a hydrophone microphone test of the skimmer box, main drain hydrostatic valve, return jets and overflow drain. We then entered the pool and dye tested all of the above looking for any indications of leaks. Finally we conducted an in pool inspection of the walls and floor of the pool looking for imperfections which could give rise to a leak. We compiled a report highlighting the issues and options going forward with regards to returning to complete the testing of the concealed plumbing. We revised down our invoice to reflect the tests undertaken.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
