We attended to a swimming pool leak in the The Gap, our client indicated the pool had been loosing water on a consistent basis. We examined the pump filtration system, tested the concealed plumbing which proved they were secure, we then used a hydrophone microphone and dye tested the return jets, skimmer and main drain which revealed a leak around the skimmer box. Dye was seen clearly escaping at this point. We showed our client and quoted to repair the leak there and then. After the repair we re dye tested to confirm the area was secure. We completed the inspection by conducted a physical examination of the pool wall and floors checking for imperfections.
