We attended and conducted a CCTV sewer/stormwater inspection at a unit in Eight Mile Plains. We attended as a result of a referral from one of our structural engineers who had attended to inspect and report of a number of cracks in the exterior and interior of the property. The engineer wanted the drains inspected to check their integrity to ensure these were not the cause of the cracking to the property. We conducted a water supply test, sewer and stormwater drain inspection and a gutter and downpipe inspection. We identified an issue with the stormwater drain, marking the spot of the surface and providing a depth of the pipe. A written report and access to all CCTV footage of drains inspected was provided to our client.
