Recently we attended to a CCTV sewer and stormwater inspection of a house in New Farm. We were requested to attend by one of of structural engineers who was investigating structural movement. We conducted a water meter /pressure test to confirm the water supply was secure . We then examined both sewer and stormwater drains which identified two issues in the sewer drain. A severe dislodgement of the sewer drain was identified. We located and marked the damage section on the surface including the depth of the pipe. A comprehensive report including images/video files was forwarded back to our engineer client. The owner of the property was present throughout the inspection.
