Recently we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Greenslopes, we tested the 5 way valve, pressure tested all concealed plumbing , hydrophoned and dye tested skimmer , return jets, light, main drain and hydrostatic valve before entering and conducting a physical examination on the pools floor and walls. This inspection revealed a number of horizontal cracks in the pool wall and on one of the steps. We dye tested and photographed the cracks and compiled a report back to our client with a referral to a pool crack repair specialist to get advice/quotation whether to proceed with the sale.
