This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Greenbank. We pressure tested the plumbing which was exposed, hydrophoned and dye tested the skimmer, return jets, main drain including hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and conducting a physical examination of the pools surface. Finally we tested the pump filtration system including the 5 way valve. We provided a written report and followed up with a conversation with our client detailing the tests undertaken and our observations.
