Recently we attended to a leaking pebblecrete pool in The Gap, our client stated they were loosing more water when the pump was operating, we always check to see whether the 5 way valve is operating correctly. This valve was faulty as when the pump was operating in normal filtration mode, water was leaking into the waste pipe, thus emptying the pool. We reduced our charge to a call out only allowing the client to arrange for the valve to be replaced through their local pool shop.
