We attended to a leak detection/cctv septic and stormwater inspection and an ensuite bathroom inspection at a rural property at Kholo. Our client had a structural engineer attend to investigate some movement in the dwelling, he recommended a full inspection be undertaken before any rectification works commenced. We confirmed the water supply was secure , noted a minor stormwater drain imperfection as well as a dislodgement with a septic drain. We then identified a compromised ensuite shower base. All issues were shown to our client at the time and resulted in a comprehensive report including footage , photos and locations of damaged drains.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
