We attended to a house leak in Everton Park, a water meter test revealed a leak of 2160 litres per day. We performed a pressure test, traced the line and introduced compressed air to locate a failed 16mm poly pipe. We completed the repair, re tested the line to find it now secure, then cleaned up afterwards. We provided our client with a Unity water concealed leak application to claim some of the water charges caused by a concealed leak as well as recommending they contact their insurance company to see whether it was a claimable event under their house insurance,

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
