Recently we attended to a house leak in Ormiston, we had previously repaired a leak at the property in August 2017. On this occasion a water meter test revealed a leak of 1600 litres per day. We checked our previous repair and found it intact. Our client referred us to water pooling at the rear of the property. After conducting a series of tests including sonar, gas and water we located the general location of the leak to be under a series of timber steps. General the need for extensive deconstruction of the steps , our client chose to continue the excavation themselves and contact a local plumber to effect the repair.
