We attended to a residential water leak in Birkdale, one of our plumbers requested we attend and assist with locating the leak. A water meter test revealed a leak of 8640 litres per day which is a water charged of around $36.00 per day. We traced the line, conducted a pressure test and located the leak being a failed 16mm poly pipe under a tree near the front garden tap. We liaised with plumber who was returning today to repair the leak. We provided our client with an application to seek a rebate from their water provider of some of the water charges due to the concealed leak.
