We attended to a CCTV sewer and stormwater inspection in Birkdale. Our client had a forensic engineer attend to investigate a series of cracks inside the property. We conducted a water meter test, CCTV inspection of the sewer & stormwater, roof gutter and downpipe inspection to rule out these as a possible causation of the subsidence in the dwelling causing the cracks. We noted airconditioners drain pipes were not connected to the stormwater , a leaking gutter and compressed damaged stormwater drain. A written report, USB drive containing footage of the drains inspected plus a referral to a local plumber to effect the repairs.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
