We attended an address in Benowa Waters to assist our elderly client pin point the cause of wetness outside adjacent to the side of the house, we conducted a water meter and pressure test, conducted an examination of the swimming pool filtration, noted the water tank pump was leaking , then we conducted a CCTV inspection of the stormwater to locate a dislodged/damaged stormwater drain located in the immediate vicinity. We located the position on the surface, including the depth of the drain. Our client was present during the inspection and was shown the images on the monitor. We completed a report and provided her with a USB drive containing the footage of the drains inspected. Our client claimed she had been trying to resolve this issue for five years. Her local plumber will effect the repairs.
