Recently we attended to an address in Meadowbrook to conduct a leak detection assessment after one of our structural engineers had attended to investigate structural movement. 
We firstly conducted a water meter test to ensure the water supply was secure, we then conducted a CCTV inspection of the sewer and stormwater drains before conducting a gutter and downpipe inspection. We noted a number of issues that require attention. We compiled a report, linking images of the identified areas including location on the surface including depth of pipe , as well as providing our client access to all CCTV drains inspected which included commentary from our licensed plumber.
