Recently we attended to a CCTV drain inspection on a rural property in Nerang, our client was concerned about a rising damp around some external parts of the dwelling. We conducted a water meter test, inspected the roof area to locate a damaged roof tile in line with some of the damage. We then accessed all stormwater and septic drains checking their integrity. We provided a written report of our findings as well as access to the CCTV files of the drains inspected to our client.
