W recently went to bathroom leak detection test in Logan Lea on behalf of one of our insurance company clients. The insured had lodged a claim stating that when they used their ensuite shower water was seen coming out of the adjoining external brick wall. A series of tests was conducted which identified a failed shower base waterproofing membrane. When the shower base flood test was conducted water was seen escaping through the adjoining external brick wall as claimed by the insured. A report was completed back to the insurance company with rectification options
