Recently we attended to a bathroom leak detection in Tennyson. Our client had recently repaired a leaking water supply to the shower and had removed the external cladding to effect the repair. They engaged us to test the integrity of the water supply up to the mixer, then tested from the mixer to the shower head, we then tested the waterproofing membrane, the shower drain, shower floor flood test and simulated shower test. We identified a leaking shower mixer tap which was allowing water to enter the wall cavity. We removed and re silicone the mixer and assessed the shower as now being secure. This offered our client reassurance before replacing the external cladding.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
