We attended to a reported bathroom leak in Stafford to conduct an independent assessment on behalf of one of our insurance companies. The insured advised that water was seen to be coming through the ceiling below when an upstairs shower was used. We conducted a series of tests and located the leak to be a failed waterproofing seal/under the shower screen door. A comprehensive report was compiled including videos of the leak source and the subsequent result.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
