We recently attended to a water leak in Birkdale, our client had received a high water bill indicating a daily water usage of 3600 litres per day, we conducted a water test which revealed a leak of 360 litres per day , a pressure test confirmed the line was not secure After conducting a series of tests which included compressed air and tracer gas we located a failed poly pipe feeding an external tap. We by passed that tap, re tested the line to find it now secure. We provided our client with a concealed leak rebate form and included in our report the recommendation for the council to replace the water meter.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
