Last Friday we attended a townhouse in a complex in Acacia Ridge. This was as a result of an engineers attendance to investigate fairly major structural movement in the building and adjoining concrete paving.

The engineer recommended the drains be inspected to rule them out as a possible cause of the movement.

All these drains were inspected which were all secure.

A report and usb drive of footage obtained was provided and referred back to the engineer for further consideration.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
