Last Thursday we attended to a CCTV sewer and stormwater inspection of a residential property in Aspley. This was in response to an engineers previous attendance to investigate structural movements. The engineer recommended the drains be inspected to ascertain their integrity and a possible cause of the movement in the house.

We accessed all stormwater pipes and the main sewer line and identified a number of defects in the stormwater network.

Having located the defects (breaks or blockages) we used our locating device to pinpoint the locations on the surface, marking the spots including the depth of the pipe. In some cases as licensed plumbers we are able to effect the repairs or refer our clients off to a specialised plumber/drainer.

We provide our clients with a written report and Usb drive containing footage of all drains inspected.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
