Had a leak in our pool. Advised by Trevor to run a test to confirm volume of loss and to ensure it wasn’t just evaporation. Once confirmed Trevor and Sam identified the leak and fixed exactly as discussed. Very prompt, extremely professional and gave great insight into the cause and outcome. Highly recommend this company.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

Sam and Trevor were both lovely and amazing from the moment we made contact. Trevor recommended I speak to my insurance company regarding concealed leaks. He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away. They found the source of the water leak and fixed it without hassle.Trevor has advised he will email me with how to claim some money back from Urban Utilities as well. I was extremely nervous about how much this leak would set us back and was amazed at the incredibly reasonable cost for their services.
