Our client from inner Brisbane called regarding a water leak, we attended to identity a leak of 6171 litres per day, we located and repaired a failed copper lead in pipe. Retested the entire line confirming the line is now secure.

Our client provided the below comments:

“Woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of water running when there was no tap being used by anyone in the house. Noticed water meter ticking over also. Rang South East Leak Detection first thing in the morning based on the great reviews by previous clients. Trevor was professional and friendly over the phone and was happy to run through basic checks with me before coming out. He was here on time and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
