I would highly recommend South East Leak Detection to anyone. I phoned Trevor after I discovered water pooling in the back yard near the pool. He advised me over the phone how to determine the type of leak before I even gave him the job. He and Sam fixed the problem quickly and their bill was the same amount they quoted. A pleasure to deal with efficient, reliable and honest service providers.

How nice to find an honest reliable business. I rang Trevor after receiving a few high water bills. He gave me some tips and advice over the phone on how to check for leaks, he even called me on a Sunday. Extremely helpful and professional, saved me money by not even having to come out. No cash for him but hugely impressed, would use him any day of the week. Highly recommend.

I put in a request online around 7.30pm, regarding a water leak I had detected. Trever rang me within 10 minutes, we discussed it, and we made an appointment for him to come find the leak. Trevor was on time, and found the leak with his detection equipment very quickly. We were losing approx. 1350l of water per day. As it was underground, he dug a trench, found the broken pipe, isolated it, and then arranged for Sam to repair same day.

Called based on Google Review and was not disappointed. Amazing service and communication. I was not able to be at the property with the concealed leak and Trevor kept me updated throughout the day not just with phone calls, but pictures and videos. Above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with Trevor and Sam. This has been our best experience with tradespersons. They are professional, sincere and have great manners. They explained to us what the problem is and told us different ways to solve the problems(from the most cost effective and efficient way!) I highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Trevor late one afternoon about a leak, he called me back and said he and his son would be there the next afternoon. They were fantastic finding the leak quickly and fixing it. They were very friendly and professional, would have no problem recommending them.

I’m new to the pool game and after getting ripped off by Pool servicing guys, Trevor gave me excellent honest advice to hopefully rectify the problem prior to the boys coming out. If it doesn’t work they will be the first people I call. Quality customer service & highly recommend!

Trevor was kind and reassuring, and ultimately saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars with a few simple tests. Upon receiving a letter from Urban Utilities citing a dramatic increase in water usage indicating a leak, I panicked. The Urban Utilities letter made it clear water leaks on my side of the property were at my cost and cited an example of a water bill in the vicinity of $1700. I immediately got on the phone to a plumber and was eventually directed to South East Leak Detection. Trevor calmly asked questions about the sort of house, what the letter said etc, and advised of a procedure which first involved using specialist equipment to find the leak, which in the absence of any noticeable signs, could have well been under the slab; then his son, a plumber, would provide the quote on how to fix the leak. He also advised me to contact my household insurer. Trevor couldn’t get to my house for several days, however, but said the next step was to guage the extent of the leak, so I could put it in perspective. I was instructed to take a picture of the meter reading and send it to him; before taking another pictuure 10 minutes later (with no water usage in between). This showed that the leak was in fact very slow, a great relief. Trevor then asked me to shut off taps to both toilets, and repeat the photo-taking of meter readings. Guess what the guage hardly moved, so we had worked out it was in fact a toilet that was the problem. I still need a plumber but a few simple tests with Trevor on the hone saved me at least several hundred dollars, and provided huge peace of mind. The whole procedure over the phone certainly cost Trevor some time but all he asked was that I write an honest review in return His service was honest and excellent. Thanks so very much! 🙂 🙂 🙂

I had South East Leak Detection out to my house to find an underground leak after receiving an excess water notice from the council. They were extremely professional, friendly, and great with their communication. They found the leak and repaired it on the spot which was a great result for us. I would highly recommend using this company.

I’d highly recommend South East Leak Detection to anyone having problems with a concealed leak. They were able to find and repair a tricky concealed leak on our property within a few hours. Trevor and Sam were very professional in their dealings with us and in the way they went about the repairs. They turned up on time and explained exactly how much the work was likely to cost and how long it would take to repair. I can’t thank them enough.

I had a tricky situation given it was the highest water leakage they’d seen – 9600 litres (not a typo) / per day was being lost and no evidence of where the water was going! It took 4 hours for Trevor and Sam to locate and fix the problem and it was Sunday! Trevor provided much needed guidance and a step by step plan on managing the situation through to Sam fixing the Leak. Highly Recommend Trevor and Sam.
