This morning we attended to a property in Annerley, where our client was in the process of installing a brand-new concrete swimming pool. We pressure tested all of the pipework to confirm its integrity. This provided peace of mind for our client who can now progress with the next steps in the finishing process.

I gave Trevor a call to discuss a possible leak due to a high water bill. He is very good at listening to my thoughts about the issue. He is respectful which is refreshing compared to other tradies who have the “ya don’t know whatcha talkin’ about luv” attitude.Trevor suggested I send him the photos of the water meter and he would get back to me. Trevor was such a big help when I had a concealed leak problem in my property. He gave me a lot of informations about concealed leak and gave me some good advices on what to do and who to approach that could help me pay to cover the repair cost and the extra charge for water waste caused by the concealed leak. Without his adviced I probably end up paying the whole repair cost out from my own pocket and whatever extra charge from wasted water. He also organised a licensed plumber for me to come and repair the leak problem of my property. I was so thankful to Trevor for helping me out. It was such a relief when Trevor called and re-assured me that my water leak problem will be fixed with the right & reliable plumber. And I am glad that I trusted Trevor.
