06 May Pebblecrete pool leak detection and repair in Buccan
We then travelled to a leaking pebblecrete pool in Buccan, we have been to this pool twice previously since 2023.
The last occasion identified. structural crack on the wall which we dye tested and patched using epoxy putty.
Our client felt it was a similar issue. We entered the pool and inspected and dye tested the previous repair.
We identified a structural crack just below the right skimmer box, we dye tested confirming it was a leak site, we applied epoxy putty to the leak site and re dye tested.
We checked the skimmer boxes, the previously repaired structural crack before re setting the hydrostatic valve.
We have encouraged our client to get a more permanent repair, however this option is many thousands of dollars.
