We attended to a reported concealed water leak at a rental property in Tarragindi. We noted the water meter was just moving upon arrival. We checked all the services inside the property and noted a leaking toilet as well as dripping shower. We were then directed to water in the garage and inspected under the house to locate a overflowing Overflow Relief Gully, a leak from a rusty galvanised water pipe and what appeared to be some serious issues with the sewer line immediately behind the garage.
We compiled a report including images and video and forwarded back to our Property Manager for their information and follow up action.
