Concealed water leak detection in Carindale

27 Jun Concealed water leak detection in Carindale

This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak in Carindale. We fixed a concealed water leak back in April. A water meter test revealed a leak of 65 litres per day. The water meter was filling up so we excavated around the water meter to find the leak was on the client side of the meter. Our licenced plumber identified the brass fitting inside the water meter had failed.

We discussed our findings with our client and Urban Utilities attended and replaced the water meter.
