03 Dec Bathroom/shower testing in Holland Park
This morning we attended to a shower inspection at a rental property in Holland Park. We conducted a series of tests which includes water meter test, pressure test, shower breach tests, drain test, simulated shower test and finally a shower base dye flood test. This identified a hold in the grout which was allowing water to escape into the room below. Our licenced plumber completed a report which included remedy options back to our property manager client.
