This morning we attended to a leaking bathroom in Bracken Ridge (Brisbane). Upon arrival, we met with the tenant who had noticed that water was seen leaking through the ceiling on the ground floor section of the dwelling.

The shower base, in particular where the shower screen meets the plastic molded base was found not to be secure and adequately sealed. The problem area was located on the right-hand side of the shower. This is allowing water to flood outside of the shower, through a gap in the tiles/wall and penetrate down to the lower floor.
When the flood test and simulated shower was conducted, we witnessed water appearing in the location where the tenant had advised.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
