This morning we attended to another reported leaking concrete pool, this time in Eatons Hill. Initially, we checked checked the pump filtration system before inspecting and dye testing the skimmer box, return jets x 3 . We then used a hydrophone microphone and checked all penetrations including the main drain. We determined that the hydrostatic valve could be a probable cause of the leak source due to its age and the significant rainfall that we have witnessed in the past months. In order to be as cost effective as possible, we entered the pool and changed the hydrostatic valve.
