We then attended to a concealed water leak on acreage property in Thagoona. A water meter test revealed a leak of 533 litres per day. A pressure test failed after we traced the line we introduced compressed air before locating a leak under the outside tap. We excavated to locate a failed poly joiner. Our licensed plumber reconfigured the plumbing and completed the repair in copper. .We tested the line to find it secure. We assisted our client in making an application for a water charges rebate through their water provider caused by a concealed leak.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
