This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Shailer Park we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool. We checked the pump filtration system then the multi port valve, before pressure testing both the suction and return concealed plumbing. We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, two return jets, and main drain including hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pools floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. We phoned and appraised our client before completing a report including images provided on the same day. We identified some cracking in and around the skimmer box and photographed the area and referred our client off to get advice/quotation for possible rectification works.
