This morning we attended to a concealed water leak in Ormisston, a water meter test revealed a leak of 583 litres per day. A pressure test failed, After tracing the line, we introduced compressed air located the general vicinity of the leak to be under the a concrete path at the side of the house. We drilled a number of pilot holes in the concrete to further hone in on the leak location. We then introduced tracer gas to reveal a strong gas reading at the location.
As the property is currently tenanted, we provided the managing agent a report including a quote to return and complete the repair.
