Yesterday we attended to a subsidence of soil around the base of a pool pump in Mt Gravatt East. This is a repeat customer having contacted us for a swimming pool leak in Dec 2016. We attended and checked the 5 way valve on the sand filter then conducted a CCTV drain camera inspection on the sewer and stormwater drains before finding what appears to be a dislodgement of the stormwater drain at the base of the pool pump. Our client was on site and was briefed as we progressed the leak detection. We subsequently compiled a report and provided our client with access to the CCTV video files and options going forward.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
