This morning we attended to a house leak in Capalaba, a water meter test revealed a leak of 7200 litres per day. Water was seen under concrete near the entrance gate to the pool.

We introduced compressed air drilled some pilot holes to further hone in on the leak location before cutting a section of the concrete path to reveal a failed 25mm poly pipe joiner directly underneath .

Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we retested the entire line to find it now secure.

We had previously suggested our client contact their insurance company to see whether they could make a claim .

We emailed through a concealed leak rebate form for our client to complete to claim some of water charges caused by the concealed leak through their water provider
